VEPRO Live Video

Video Transmission - Digital and Live

If many people will participate in the events in the operating theater for training, further education or presentation purposes, organizational, technical and financial dilemmas occurred.

Now we reserve you a seat in the first row. Digital video engineering of VEPRO enables you to directly switch into the live operating channel from every PC using the local network or even the Internet.

All image sources, modalities and microphones in the operating theater are connected to VEPROs digital video interface. The data of all image sources, such as operating theater camera, head camera with microphone, endoscope, mobile X-ray unit, and more are digitized in real time. Images and sound are compressed and transmitted by network.

In the operating theater, the decision is made as to whether all or only specially selected image sources are fed to the network at the same time. If all images are released, the recipient can view the “programs” live as well as in parallel with the monitor in split mode.

In these presentations, digital film and sound transmissions are recognized by a dual video beamer in a conference room. Furthermore, if the recipient has a broad band Internet connection, external participants can be invited to the live event.
